Buying HTML To vBulletin Skinner needed

    I have some HTML Based Layout Design Ready with PSD's and would like it to be converted into a vBulletin 3.8 compatible theme.

    PM Me what you have done and how fast you can convert it.

    would you not like to wait for vBulletin 4 so you don't need to pay for a skinner again? like i am?

    I Myself is a vb Expert and can convert that but currently do not have time to work on it but yes good suggestion though
