HTML to Joomla Template Conversion

    How much would you charge to convert this template to a joomla template with all the necessary mod positions and make sure it is compatable with different browsers..

    How is html / css Joomla compatible? I would still need to have more work done to it to get it to be joomla compatible would i not? like adding the php
