HTML template cost?

    I know price of a template can vary depending on many things. I wanted to know how much would it be to pay in order to get a HTML template done in dreamweaver? I'm not asking for the actual design but just the service of implementing it :)

    Well, dreamweaver, I don't know.

    I code by hand using Notepad, and design using Photoshop CS3.

    I would do a decent HTML design for 10-20$ depending on what specifications you have.
