html Tag problem in wordpress

    Hai
    I am really sctraching my head coz some tags i given in posts does not work and showing a weird beeiver.

    for example

    [​IMG]

    in above, the underline not come when posted and viewed the post. but h2 and strong are working.

    some time the strong does not work also.

    i have installed custom excerpt addon to get ride of those excerpt, might that be the problem?

    Probably something in your CSS file is overriding the <u> tag. Share your CSS or link to your site, and somebody will look at it to see if that's the case.

    actually i found when i stop the custom excerpt all work it seems.
    so i think now i need to find an alternative to custom excerpt plugin. that mean i want to keep the html formatting in the excerpt. any way to do that?
