HTML Symbols showing as Question Mark (?)

    hi dear
    i am getting an error on my vps, that it is showing html symbols as question mark while on localhost(wamp) it is working fine.
    i exicute this on both.
    <?php
echo 'copyright © trademark ™ registered ® others ¥ »';
?>
    PHP:
    on vps i get this result.
    copyright � trademark � registered � others � �

    and on localhost i get this.
    copyright © trademark ™ registered ® others ¥ »
    Code (markup):
    i m using httpd-2.2.3 with php-5.2.6 on vps.
    kindly help me to solve this prob.

    It is the difference in the character set. You can look up the universal char codes online.

    Then echo them by those char calls.
