HTML site not working but loads on ftp

    Why does this site not open in mozilla browser
    rafnet.co.uk/weightconvert.html

    but when opened from FTP program it works. (but i guess it downloads the file locally then opens it)

    Well i just rebooted the server and it seems to work. not sure why its happening. quite a few sites seem to stop loading after several days, then they dont load or take ages.

    any ideas on how to debug issue. ive asked the tech support and all they say is reboot server, its vps.

    it seems to work now, after i rebooted server. after few days it will slow down, get new server provider?
