I have a webste that also has a blog on a sub directory, but I am thinking how would I mgrate to a full blown blog?

I would ideally like to create mages sich as index, and other pages, but do I just click "add page and copy the content from html site?? Then do a 301 redirect for all html pages?

I am looking for the simplest way...

Yes, what you described would work. Just make sure to update any internal links on each individual page.

What you choose as the title will become the URL for the page. So for example of you call a page "Contact Us" the page URL would be: domain.com/contact-us/

If you wanted to use page extensions like .htm or .php it can also be done but the default is the format I wrote above.

    Good luck!

Problem I have is blog is on domain/keyword 3/ and it has over 300 pages do how would I create home page? As currently if I click home on blog it takes me to blog homepage...

Would I not be better in removing everything and re-installing wp after backing up blog then re-install blog on domain/news?? Then put 301 redirect to relevant pages, but how would I redirect all pages on blog??
