You mean text to code ratio? It's simply how much text/content, e.g "Hello this is my website" - compared to how much code you use (or don't use) to display it.
Pages have a very high "content to code ratio" -notice the difference,since content includes any multimedia that may be present.. this is why i feel so strongly about *html & css since it allows a great reduction in code bloat....
There are loads of tools online that will give you your code to text ratio... just search it in google and choose one.
