HTML/PSD to Joomla or WordPress Template

AIM:
I already have a template coded in xHTML Transitional (and in PSD, if need be). I need this template to be converted into a Joomla Theme (v1.0.x)

Description:
Take a look at http://www.InfiniteTech.in - I want this template to be converted into a Joomla Theme. The menus should be categories (there will be only 6 categories + 1 'home page' static link) and the menu items (the ones dropping down) would be the pages in the category.

It should be a 2 column template. Right column (as you can see on the website) would contain a few custom blocks/content [or whatever you call it in Joomla]. So keep that space clear and customized for that template.

Conclusion:
My last resort if no one can design for Joomla would be find a designer for WorldPress.
