html program needed

    i am looking for someone to build a program for me. please visit www.milf.com (adult content) i want to be able to add links and site reviews ect.. ideally like to change script colors. i want ease of adding and deleting material . also want favicon installed automaticly every time a new page is created..thanks email dickiedewrags@yahoo.com icq # 455969390
