Buying HTML Pages to Wordpress Conversion - will pay $35 fast to complete this work

PLEASE READ FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS:

I have 4-5 pages of HTML that will need to be converted to a wordpress theme that will work on the latest wordpress build 3+ versions:

Requirements:

- Convert HTML to Wordpress for same look and feel as Original HTML
- Clean up HTML in the wordpress (mostly get rid of extra whitespaces)
- Post & Preview Images to work with Thumb.php (<- you must know what that means if not don't PM me)

NO DESIGN NEEDED this is strictly a conversion project. PM me if you are available to work on this at the price I posted. Thanks!
