html pages better than blog pages long term for seo

does anyone have any verifiable proof that html static pages are treated with higher regard and better long term ranking results in google than blog pages ?

reason I ask is that I am about to start some new sites and I am starting to realize that blogs are really not such a great way to go. With html one can control very precisely the on page content.

I have a feeling google treats blogs as news pages and pages with much less evergreen content and therefore ranks them less favorably over time and also pushes them lower in rankings over time since they are treated more as 'latest news' type pages.

when one does a search in google for a particular term it seems like a blog almost never comes up.. usually the sites that come up in top 10 or 20 are html sites

static website really seo friendly, because static website has less load time or speed, it is fast rather than dynamic site. there is no need to create the sitemap if it is well internal links with each other.

Not really. I know many old blogs and blog posts that show up first in high competitive keywords. All that matters are the resources inside, if it is reliable no matter your blog or static website, they will rank high. The blogs will gain organic links with time as they are proved relevant with time.

there is one more benefit of making blog posts is that when we type particular search term + blog in google or any other SE that blog posts is also comes in Search results also and in natural ranking also ....

    Google loves blog posts also...

Why does google give priority to static pages or less load time,if the site has a demand to be interactive using dynamic pages than why google priors.

I think a lot of the time you're seeing old static pages come up in search results is because the page and the domain have been around for a looooong time and have garnered trust with google (even without a million backlinks). Google will just throw super old static html pages in to the results to provide a variety in my experience and depending upon what's being searched will sometimes favor blog results.

I don't think programming languages will ever be a ranking factor in Google. Why would they do that? Surely you wouldn't want to kill all PHP and ASP .NET webmasters around the world, right? Who would ever use any programming language aside from HTML if that happens?

Google has said before they don't discriminate between programming languages.

Having said that with a mod rewite, you can make any script appear to be a static .html page. WP with page cache would be the equivalent to having a static page. For pure html control, you could edit pages say in dreamweaver, then just post the code in your CMS input html boxes.

Optimizaiton is the key here. Irrespective of the nature of pages (CMS/Static) ... if you have them properly optimized it will all be equal in the eyes of the SE.
I personally have had to do more work when working on a CMS site because ... URL Structure, Duplicate Pages/Content, Able to view the same page through many different url structures ... these are issues you will definitely need to tackle when opting for a CMS.
This however does not mean I never opt for a CMS ... all depends on the goal, functionality and usability of the website/project at hand.
Its a maze out there ... evaluate then design to save time and efforts.

exactly. Google doesnt give any advantage only for using a particular coding. If there is something like this then people would have stopped blogs. But yes if you can create a good html navigational coding it will help you as compared to a poorly coded theme.

I'm not convinced that html rank better either. I did an experiment recently to see if I could outrank some of the really old pages on one of my html websites that I haven't touched for years. I found that a blog post on a fairly new blog was able to outrank it fairly easily after I did a few article submissions.

Cannot delete file or folder The file name you specified is not valid or too long. Specify a different file name… Do you have error messages?, like I refer you to the following website LongPathTool.com

I suppose you are talking about ads placement thats true. But blogs can do well as well and their no boost to your serp if you have a html page, this is what the discussion going on. Also dont forget you can code a blog similar to html page as well.
