    Whatever will allow you to add content most efficiently and well optimized.

    I use PHP for more or less everything because I'm a programmer

    I like php because theres nothing like moving 3 includes around and having a new layout.

    you can use php site with html page extension + Includes this is the most perfect way .

    Using include helps you to chnange adsense javascript by just editing one file.
