anyone knoe why the html is not showing in the topframe?

 

html is showing fine

what's not fine is that its your site that shows in the bottom frame

The top frame is Joe's site - nothing you could have fixed

I was working on his site. Don't come to conclusions that i couldn't fix it.

 

It seemed funny that of all the outbound links, the bottom page in the frame was yours

I made a guess given that the fact:
a) the site in the bottom was yours
b) you said it wasn't working yet it was working fine

Wow this is off topic but yes, googlebot has the ability to read css files
