HTML login form help please

    im looking for a simple register and login form for a site.

    i dont have any access to a database etc just file manager.

    im looking for a simple solution as the person using it has no idea about html etc.

    they could edit a text file maybe to add users.

    yes you can use php and store records in text file.
    or you can use htpasswd for no coding work
