html links that bypass nofollow?

Is their any way to create an html link... that will tell search engines to ignore the site's nofollow tag? I'm sure this could help quite a few sites that have been getting screwed out of backlinks because of <nofollow> tags :D

Heh, is there a rel=follow tag that can counter the meta tag for nofollow? If not, there should be.

I have a forum, and adding in the meta tag would be as easy as logging into the ACP, though I still want some links to be followed. This would mean I'd need to log into my server and diddle things I likely should not be diddling (the bblink hard code)....
