HTML input into API translation => need a coder, good pay

    Hi Guys,

    I need someone to create the coding for a site where visitors would be able to fill in a HTML form and on submit their data to be converted into my pre-structured API / XML code and passed onto a URL for further processing.

    I can do the HTML part and / or the API / XML part on their own but I am at loss trying to link these two together.

    Any help would be appreciated, will pay good money for good work!
