Hi, My budget is low. But if I get someone good, I'll keep forwarding a lot of ongoing work. I need someone who can design a suitable, nice looking html template for me for selling an item on Ebay. I do things myself but no time. So I need someone to whom, I'll give the photos, graphics etc, just make a basic, nice suitable html template and I can do the final finishing work myself.
