Hello everyone, I know html very well and have no knowledge on php at all. I just purchased a site from a fellow DP'er and need to change the adsense codes over to mine, and what not. I tried opening the php file with a php editor. I am completely clueless on how it works. I googled it but cant seem to find a good guide on learning it. Does anyone know of any sites that i can learn php for free and thats fairly easy? Or would I be better off paying someone to do it for me? And about how long does it take or should i say how hard is it to learn it. Thanks everyone
Google the pieces you are trying to figure out. However, php.net is the homepage to command and tutorials.
You can open php with notepad or wordpad and simply find "pub-" and you should at least be able to swap out their adsense number for your number.
