HTML formating problem with tables in phpbb

    Hello, I added a new template to my wife's ferret board a few months ago and have a slight formatting problem after making some modifications. If you look at: http://www.ferretboard.com you will notice that directly below where it says " The Ferret Board (www.ferretboard.com) - A Bulletin Board dedicated to discussing Ferrets" the spacing of the table is off by a little bit.

    I have played with it trying to figure out where I went wrong but each time I mess with it, it gets worse. Any ideas where I am going wrong?
