Html Form Processed By Php To Create A Pdf

Hi all

I have a html page with a form.
What I would like to do with this form is :

When users fill the form and submit it will create a pdf with the informations that users entered in the fields and then receive this pdf by mail.

Anyone have any good link to help me doing that.

Tried to google it but can't find any good tuts.
