Ya, I'm sorry for that - there were so many websites for review so we duplicated. When we noticed this, we tried to delete that but there is no option for that. I am trying to contact MOD to remove one of these. But who is the MOD? Forum is not lisitng them

I think your site design looks fine. Others here say that the product is flawed. I don't know if this is true since I didn't test the product. As a sales page, it looks good. Good Solid Sales Text is more important than a fancy design. Definitely get good testimonials to validate the product, and be sure to fix any flaws.
Can you please confirm few things?: 1. Are you able to view saved page offline? 2. Are you able to save images of this page also on your computer? 3. Are you able to alter website content of this page on my website? I am agree there are few troubles with this software and one of these is that page is allowed to be saved on a local hard disk. 1 - Yes. 2 - Yes. 3 - Didn't try. But I doubt it. This would basically require access to your web server, which I can't get at without hacking skills that are way beyond me. One other thing for people to consider. I would bet money that this type of software will completely kill Search Engine results. I doubt that many search engine bots will be able to properly spider, and index a page that has this type of encryption.
I actually like the site as it is well presented. Did you design the software or are you an affiliate? Back to the site though some more banners definitely.
Ask for a refund on the reselling rights. I suggest that people don't worry about others using or being able to see their HTML code. It generally does more harm than good. If people steal your code, it doesn't really matter. A website is more than just HTML. If someone stole your code, there is still a lot of work that needs to go into the site to make it successful. BTW HTML encrypters are flawed in their very thinking. The browser has to see HTML code in order to display the web page. So no matter what kind of JavaScript technique you are using to obfuscate the code, in the end, the browser cache will have plain old HTML in it. People will ALWAYS be able to get at your code this way. Having said that, there are ways to protect people from stealing your pictures (which can be a much bigger deal if your images are exclusive to you). You can do it using a method like this: http://www.sitepoint.com/article/watermark-images-php I've been burned on business deals before. It happens to all of us, but we can always learn from the experience. I've just learned to fully check out products before I buy into something.
