Does anyone know of any good HTML editors, that are free?

I currently am using Visual Studio 2005, but I want something that doesn't eat my RAM and hose the speed of my computer.

And since when were they free?

Visual Web Developer Express will use a lot less memory than VS but is still slanted towards .Net application writing. If you are creating asp.Net sites then this is the best option as it will render gridviews/ join up master/ content files etc where as non-.Net (and some which do claim support) wont.

Im using PSpad editor. It's free and very helpful, besides that it "understands" all other languages/codes as well.

I also like notepad++. Its free and a very good editor (not to be confused with the standard MS notepad) You will need to learn your html tags but that is a good thing. I much prefer a text editor and then explorer, firefox and opera to view the results. :)
