    For html I use homesite, for css topstyle, and for everything else: PSPad.

    I use TextPad which is great for syntax highlighting, document tree, and also has Java compiling and a Java Applet viewer.

    If you are looking for a good free version (at least I think its free):

    Microsoft Expression Web
    Good 'ol notepad

    If you are looking for a good paid version:

    Microsoft Visual Studio
    Adobe/Macromedia Dreamweaver


    Other ones to consider:

    Coffee Cup HTML Editor (similar to dreamweaver setup)
    Notepad ++ (Although I have never used this, but hear good things about it.)

    NVU looks decent. I just downloaded it. I am going to have to try it out. Looks like a very good Free HTML editor. Possibly better than CoffeeCup.
