I'm looking to hire a html dev on long term basis and a reliable guy to work with . I can send decent volume of orders with good budget but you have to be reliable and produce quality work .

You're looking for reliable people but how reliable are you when it comes to paying? Perhaps address the issues in your other thread first to put peoples mind at rest.
