Buying HTML/CSS Service Needed

    I simply need the box where flags are.

    Above flags are the tabs.

    When i move the mouse over the tab "All" it will load flags with different URLs, when i click on All it will load a page.
    When i move the mouse over the next tab "Defence", it will load flags with different URLs, but when i click on it it will load the link assigned to it.

    Its done in Xenforo, let me know if you can do it, and how much.

    What's the original template that you're using?

    Are you going to replace the entire navigation with that or just add it in below the main nav?
