I need a book or some sort of way to learn this. The online thing just isn't clicking with me. Anyone recommend a good book? I need to learn HTML/CSS more in depth and I need to just figure out how to make a simple login system for my blog.
I guess the sort answer is have a look on amazon or go to your local computer store and have a look to see what they have. I did this recently and was quite surprised at what a good selection they had. However, its likely to take you quite a while to get up to speed. Sure you need to learn the very basics, but I'm sure you could pick these up on the web. If you have a little money to play with you could also get yourself an expert-exchange account, you can ask your questions there. Some experts will even give you some example code. Also, you could do a search for some same code or articles on how to do this.
There is some examples somewhere if you search enough for it, if not its basic php just learn a bit of php and it should be easy.
