Buying HTML CSS page fixes

    I need someone that can take a look at my html templates and fix css and layout problems. Would like someone that can generate valid xhtml and css. Would like to pay someone hourly via Paypal and be able to chat via Yahoo or Skype. If interested, please PM me with your hourly rate and some work samples. Thanks.
