HTML/CSS Nerds, how do you create websites?

I do not have any knowledge about html/css so i am finding it difficult to create new websites.
Is there any software or program with many templates by default and which do not require you to work on html?
Please suggest me the best one's!

    Thanks in advance

You really should learn HTML if you intend to author your own web pages. It is a very simple (Markup) language that is easy to learn. There are numerous online free tutorials available. You can add to your understanding of its application by studying the source code of a variety of extant web pages.

Newbies often take advantage of pre-made templates.

Downloading and browsing how those files are done will help you to understand how to create your own, remember that practice makes perfect.

There are countless sites where to download free templates from, but one of the biggest to browse is www.oswd.org

I started by using WYSIWYG editors at first and eventually moved into the code. There's no fool-proof, easy way to learn (X)HTML. You simply have to get your hands dirty and follow tutorials, read books, etc.

I suggest you use the "view source" function in firefox it really helps figure out how pages are made. ( with the addition of reading the css often times.) That's how i started anyways. Using html snippets is good too for staring out but don't make it a habit and what he said w3schools has some good info sometimes missing some extras but very useful anyways.
