HTML+CSS converter

    Hi!
    Does anyone know of a program that can convert a standards compliant HTML+CSS page into one that is compatible with all the major browsers(IE6/7, Firefox 2/3, Safari, Opera)?

    I know Dreamweaver CS3 can check whether a page is compatible with a browser or not, but is there a tool that can automatically convert a page?

    There isn't a reliable way of doing it unless you hire someone to check by testing it and editing it to work (i.e. a coder).
