    I ony need an home.php for wordpress you should use a framework (bootstrap or gumby framework) How much would you charge for it? (i will simply send you a jpg file where I want what to see, so you will mae only the front page, the home.php file)

    I'm not sure how you expect me to just make the home.php file since you'll automatically need a header.php file, a footer.php file (most of the time), functions.php file, etc... I don't use frameworks for responsive. I make the site responsive. Frameworks are bloated for all people to use. By making each and every site responsive according to that site, I'm making the files smaller, etc.
