Buying HTML / CSS (1) coded landing page - 1 Day Turnaround

I need someone who is adept at coding HTML / CSS pages to code my landing page that I have just designed.

My partner and I expect this to be done within a day max, much preferably less than a day.

We need someone skilled and able to do the job well without any problems - a flawless slice from PSD to code. I have knowledge in HTML and CSS but do not have the time to do it myself.

We are looking at a price range of around $20-30 for just this single page slice, please provide samples of work and your portfolio or you will be rejected.
