Buying HTML converted to Wordpress

    Hi guys,

    I need a simple & clean looking HTML converted to wordpress:

    1. The design & Wordpress are RTL (Right to left) as the language that would be used is not English.
    2. 2 Widgets Positioned: 1 inside the design the other in the footer.
    3. The wordpress should be W3C validated (Fully)
    4. The wordpress should be cross browser compatible.
    5. The job should be done within 1 day.
