    Here are the elements you must know:
    - Use proper XHTML 1.1 - Strict would be perfect but you can use Trans
    - Don't use tables! Never! Use divs and style them via CSS
    - Put your main keywords in <h1> </h1 and also remember about <h2> and <h3>
    - Make your keyword <strong> </strong>
    - Use keywords in Title

    The most important things is the meta-tags / title
    - you need to be very clear about your keywords, title and description. Good luck
