Html code for portal design

Can someone help me with a cheap html code for a portal design like this ( want banners on right side, not google ads etc)

What exactly do you need help with? You can always look at the page's source code to see how they have done it, if you aren't sure. Other than that I'd suggest reading some HTML guides/articles/tutorials.

 

Are you looking for a script, or someone to code something like taht for you?

 

what are you tryin to do? finding someone to help you or want to learn? If you wanna learn, it's better to start from beginning i.e. read w3schools.com

 

just view the source of this site in wysiwyg editor and remove what You don´t want.

 

You're not looking for HTML code per se, but you want a template or layout. Google website layouts or templates.

Stealing someone's layout is bad advice.

 

nobody can say that peace of html is my own and noone can use them, everone do that. And I do not told steal someone his source, just edit it and nobody will see that this isn´t Your code. Ofcourse when You do not copy the images...
