I can think of using a script which will read jos_content and insert in each article the desired html code except for home page. Or you can do using Mysql batch programming. You also insert custom code using module {loadposition module} syntax within home page. Alternatively you can change the template used to display your content articles. One last way is to get a plugin which inserts this code in all articles.
I know wordpress has something like an is_page('page-slug') function... I would imagine joomla does, too?
