Hi all, I am embedding a video from Kewego into my website and would like to know if there is any way of altering the code meaning that clicking the video will NOT take you back to the Kewego page. Here is the code: <div class="containerEpix" style="position: relative;"><div id="kwg_iLyROoafvwmZ" class="kwg_pr" name="kwg_iLyROoafvwmZ"></div><div id="flash_epix_iLyROoafvwmZ" class="flash_epix" name="flash_epix"><object name="iLyROoafvwmZ" id="iLyROoafvwmZ" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://sll.kewego.com/swf/p3/epix.swf" width="400" height="300"> <param name="movie" value="http://sll.kewego.com/swf/p3/epix.swf" /> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /> <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /> <param name="flashVars" value="language_code=en&playerKey=902e0deec887&skinKey=a7ad6feec87d&sig=iLyROoafvwmZ&autostart=false&advertise=1" /> <param name="wmode" value="Opaque" /></object></div></div><div style="width: 400px;"><a href="http://www.kewego.com/video/iLyROoafvwmZ.html">Slightly Better Homes - kewego</a> <br />Slightly Better Homes <div>Keywords: <a href="http://www.kewego.com/search/?q=slightly">slightly</a> <a href="http://www.kewego.com/search/?q=better">better</a> <a href="http://www.kewego.com/search/?q=homes">homes</a> </div> <div style="text-align: right;"> <a href="http://www.kewego.com/video/iLyROoafvwmZ.html">Video</a> from <a href="http://www.kewego.com/search/?q=user:brighton1973">brighton1973</a> </div></div>
Doesn't seem anyway to remove the link, I imagine it's embeded into the flash video. You could put a floating div, with a transparent GIF, over it to stop people clicking it.
I'm going to bet that in Kewego's TOS they state that removing the linkback is against the rules. You don't own the video since it's from another site, therefore Kewego wants people to know where the video came from.
Well, I can try to remove it... But It would break thier Terms and Conditions and You will be complained from Them..! Dont take risks simply dude
Do you own the video? Why dont you use your own video player hosted on your own server? That way you can customize it...
