HTML Button not working in Firefox and IE - Only working in Chrome - Pls suggest

    Below code is working in Chrome without any problem but if we access the site in FireFox or IE, button is not anchor linking to the URL.. Its just not working.

    Please suggest a solution to fix this to work properly in all the browsers.
