Selling HTML 5 tutorial website | Premium domain

VERY REGRETFUL SALE

Unfortunately I have to list my HTML 5 Tutorial website due to work commitments. This is a Premium domain name and if necessary i will pay for an appraisal. As you know Tutorial websites do extremly well, this is your chance to enter into the Tutorial market with a great website.

Site is only a week old, i had huge plans for this site, but as i have just been offered my dream job overseas i will not have the time to put into this site, so i am taking offers. I have also just finished our first HTML 5 valid template which is free to download provided our footer link stays in place, so many backlinks will be created in the future without you having to lift a finger.

I have done a considerable amount of article marketing, tube site marketing, do-follow link work (only High PR). I have already contacted some local schools that teach HTML to students, they are already looking into my site to use to teach the students the upcoming HTML standard.

I am happy to discuss all marketing methods & ideas i had for this site to genuine buyers. I have listed here on DP before listing on Flippa, if no reasonable offers come through site will be listed on Flippa in a few days.

No set BIN or starting BID in mind, However as this is a premium domain name and will require hardly and link work i am looking for a respectable offer. Interest in HTML 5 is growing and is the way of the future, this is one site you will want in your portfolio.

Yeah i am considering placing it on Flippa, i have done some good marketing & link work in the last few days, I am waiting for some backlinks to be indexed to improve search engine ranking positioning for my related keywords, As mentioned it is a regretful sale, had absolutely no intention of selling this one until an overseas job popped up. (been trying to land this job for 2 years now). Thanks again
