    As you know HTML 5 is the upcoming new standard of HTML, HTML 5 is already starting to snowball and the interest is picking up. site is currently getting about 20 uniques a day and several downloads (this is great for building backlinks for your collection of websites, i have been changing the footer links around to build plenty of backlinks for my other sites)

    $4- in adsense earnings

    HTML 5 Template is going to be Google'd for many years to come and this should be considered the perfect domain name for this niche.

    You can Sell premium templates down the track, i have only released a few free ones to kick start the website.

    Payment methods: Western Union, Direct funds transfer, or escrow (shouldn't be needed tho) i don't use PP so don't ask if you can pay via PP, i have sold 20+ sites with Western Union and have people who can vouch for me.
