I am the creater and designer of a social network for artists. Like a facebook for artists. I've been looking into implementing a HTML 5 drawing app on the site but I'm having difficulty finding a HTML 5 drawing application. Could anyone refer me something that would be suitable for digital artists? I've chosen to steer clear of Flash because iDevices don't support flash. If I have to get something developed, I am willing to pay for it.

Brilliant, thanks mate. I know of DeviantArt's Muro and Sketch pad. I think I'm going to contact the fellow from Chrome Experiments. Thanks for the links. I would like to have something developed that is similar to Muro, perhaps a combination of Muro and Sketch pad.
