HTC One V or Sony Xperia U - Which one to choose?

I am planning to buy a new phone by next month I have a budget of around INR 17000 / $320 to buy one.

I did a lot of research and found two phones that are good and will fit my budget too.

HTC One V and Sony Xperia U

Xperia U is better in most aspects like it has dual core processor, better display etc. but it does not have a memory card slot on the other hand

One V has better camera and also has memory card slot but Single Core processor.

I am stuck which 1 to go for. Need help choosing 1.

Also I am open to any other mobile suggestions too but as per my research these two are the best in my budget.

Go with the mobile of HTC One as per its comparison of Sony Xperia U. HTC One X having a larger screen and has a much faster processor thus allowing it to handle pictures and videos with ease.

 

In my opinion, Sony Xperia U is best.
