Hi, I know how to setup .htaccess to redirect no-www to www for the duplicate content issue. However, at a particular site, I would like to redirect not only no-www to www but also .index.html to a particular file name (eg. redirect /index.html to /search-engine-friendly-filename.html). I can do either one and it works fine but I am unable to combine the two functions. Can anybody tell me exactly how to setup .htaccess so that this works out? Your help is very much appreciated!
