Hello everyone, i hope the description was ok since my problem is very strange. I am designing 2 websites and both are on one account and hosted by Verio but when i called and asked how to make 2 website with 2 different domain i was told that i have to make a .htaccess file to separate them and basically point each domain to a different folder on the account. Well i did that and everything is ok but only the main domain has email settings on the control panel they use and i cant setup email addresses on the second domain. They do not use cpanel, they have their own custom control panel and there is no way from there to setup email accounts for the second domain. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem or maybe a free service that will do that ? I can change the MX records for the domain and point it to the ip of the server but since there is no way in the control panel to setup emails for the second domain i cant do anything Please anyone help me.
Since i cant even setup the emails on the second domain there is no way to forward them. Like i said, they dont use cpanel and they dont support second domain names so they give you options to setup email only for the first (main domain).
If the second domain is registered with Godaddy, you can set A record pointing to the host and use godaddy email for this domain. This is also an option for eNOM domains.
