.htaccess HELP!

    I have wordpress on my subdirectory in public_html and i accidently deleted .htaccess. I have x10 hosting and this error keeps on coming up on my site, http://www.heightgrowthtips.co.cc , and how can I fix this?

    I think x10 hosting provide R1soft backup.
    restore the deleted .htaccess file from cPanel >> Files >> R1soft backup / restore
