.htaccess help needed

    Hi All,

    I need to forward traffic from a specific country (in this case turkey) to another website when the user enters my site.
    Is there anyway to forward the user by .htaccess ?
    And i am not talking about Ip ranged forward.
    i can not enter a list of 100000 ip ranges :)

    If so please advise.
