Well, anyhow that is how it was posted on Digg and after visiting the site it does look interesting. Unfortunately i can´t really judge the effectiveness and it´s value but i wanted to share this here. For the ones with better understanding of htaccess it would be nice to give your opinions about this generator to determine if it´s usable for certain tasks or not.
