.htaccess can't be found in cpanel

    I just wonder why in the new version of cpanel, I can't see .htaccess. But if I access the server through an FTP program, I am able to see the .htaccess file.

    How to see the .htaccess in cpanel?

    Ensure that file attribute is not set as hidden usually .htaccess file attribute is hidden

    Connect with FTP and in the client set Show hidden files, or find show hidden files configuration in cpanel.

    Thank you for the tip attila. So far I have been unsuccessful in finding the hidden file. The new version of cpanel is quite different from the old version that I was used to.
