.htacces and redirect when javascript is turned off

    Is it posible to use htacces to redirect everybody who has javascript turned off ?

    No.

    You need to start with the stuff that requires no JS and have JS handle adding content when it's enabled.

    Redirecting users without javascript installed isn't possible in any direct way, especially not with .htaccess. The most you'll be able to do is display a message in their browser.
