HSBC e-payments IP address & server move.....

Hi,

We are moving our site which has an HSBC secure epayments module on it- can anyone tell me if I will need to tell them our IP address has changed (I am trying to avoid a disaster when we move!!) or does it not require that information?

I suggest asking them. Although people on the forums give good advice its best to get a real answer in some cases.

 

Thanks, I have done but they are all in a call centre somewhere in Nowhereland, only work 9-5 and don't seem to understand what I am going on about!!!
